Endemol Shine Group announced today they are extending their partnership with Samsung TV Plus with the launch of two new channels in the U.S. — Sterling Drama and Deal or No Deal. The company is also adding an another scripted drama channel, Der Serienkanal, in Germany. The new launches follow the launch of three genre-based channels on Samsung’s TV Plus service in the UK last year in addition to channels launched across Europe including France, Italy and Spain.
Sterling Drama debuted on Samsung TV Plus last week and features British scripted titles, including mystery drama “Hamish Macbeth,” critically acclaimed drama “The Hour,” as well as the factually inspired historical drama “The Mill.” The Deal or No Deal channel, which will launch soon, will showcase the U.S. version of the hit game show hosted by Howie Mandel.
In Germany, Der Serienkanal launched last week and features series such as “Peaky Blinders,” “Real Humans” and “Gracepoint.”

Endemol Shine Group’s channels come pre-installed on all 2016-2020 Samsung Smart TVs. Users with a free internet connection can simply tune in — no download, additional devices or credit card needed.
