How to Stream ‘Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ Series Finale

While “Clone Wars” has been a fan favorite for years, the show has had quite the journey. With Dave Filoni serving as the animator, producer, scribe and supervising director, the animated series has spanned 12 years, getting its first footing in 2008 when it was released by Warner Bros. Prior to coming to Disney+, the show aired its first five seasons on Cartoon Network, then went to Netflix for season six, before settling and wrapping up season seven at Disney.

The final episode of “Clone Wars,” titled “Victory and Death,” saw Ahsoka and Rex narrowly escape as the clones invade the medical bay. When episode 11 of the show left off last week, the pair was en route to Coruscant, when Emperor Palpatine flipped the switch on Order 66 and turned the clones. However, in the finale episode, Ahsoka and Rex are able to disarm the clones without killing them.

Though Ahsoka’s journey as a young fighter on “Clone Wars” has ended, fans can expect her to make an appearance on “The Mandalorian,” according to Deadline. “Ahsoka will be significantly older in Mandalorian than in ‘Rebels’ and ‘Clone Wars’ as the bounty hunter Disney+ show takes place after 1983’s Return of the Jedi,” Deadline stated.
