關於愛，一直都在－真愛

自釧路一別，高橋七美（吉高由裡子 飾）和矢野元晴（生田斗真 飾）這對情意濃濃的小情侶，彼此可能誰也沒想到，這次分別竟會如此之久。最初的日子裡，他們按時發簡訊、傳照片、打電話，相互鼓勵。元晴在繼續學業的同時，不得不背著學校打工貼補家用，雖然也結識了千見寺亞希子（比嘉愛未 飾）這樣的好友，但越來越殘酷的現實卻將他的自信和樂觀擊得粉碎。漸漸的，他中斷了和七美的聯繫，彷彿從她和好友竹內匡史（高岡蒼佑 飾）的世界中憑空消失了一般。多年過去，如願考取東京的七美也面臨就職的重要時刻。只是無論時光如何流轉，她對那個人的思念與尋找從未停止，這注定是七美，同時也是元晴一生的負累……
