fuboTV to Start Streaming ESPN, Disney Channel, ABC & Others Tomorrow (August 1st)

In late-June, fuboTV announced that the service would be adding Disney-owned media networks including ABC, ESPN, Disney Channel, FX, and Nat Geo.

Just in time for the restart of the NBA and MLB seasons, fuboTV will be bringing the channels to the service starting tomorrow on August 1st. Starting at $59.99 for fuboTV Standard, the service includes 30 of the Top 35 cable channels, a 30 Hour DVR, and two simultaneous streams.

You can upgrade to the Family Bundle for $5 more, which includes a 500 Hour DVR and a third stream. You can try it for free with a 7-Day Free Trial.

What Channels Will Be in Fubo Standard?

fuboTV base plan will include ABC, ABC News Live, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, Freeform, FX, FXX, and National Geographic.

Similar to a regional sports network, ACC Network and SEC Network will be available for customers in their local market. Those who want it outside of those markets will need to add Fubo Extra ($5.99) or Sports Plus ($10.99).

  • SEC Network: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas
  • ACC Network: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia

What Markets Can You Stream ABC Live with fuboTV?

At launch, ABC will be available live in Disney-owned-and-operated markets including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Houston, Raleigh-Durham, and Fresno. However, all customers will have access to ABC on-demand.

Like other locals on fuboTV, they are expected to add additional local ABC affiliates as they reach agreements with major affiliate groups like Sinclair and Nexstar.

For NBA fans, all NBA on ABC games are also available on ESPN3, meaning you can watch them on fuboTV whether or not you get your local affiliate.

What Channels Will Be in Fubo Extra and Sports Plus?

ESPNU, ESPNews, SEC Network (out-of-market), ACC Network (out-of-market) will be available in Fubo Extra ($5.99) and Sports Plus ($10.99). FXM and Nat Geo Wild will be available in Fubo Extra.

Baby TV, ESPN Deportes, FOXlife, and Nat Geo Mundo will be available on Latino Plus. ESPN Deportes will also be available for those with the International Sports Plus plan.
