Here Are All the New Movies Coming to Free Streaming Service Tubi in January 2020
Tubi continues to expand its content library. The free streaming service, which recently launched a “Not on Netflix” campaign addressing the streaming wars, is adding new titles for the month of January. While the ad targets Netflix, it also addressed the influx in the streaming space, taking some jabs at Apple TV+, Disney+, HBO Max and Peacock and presented Tubi as a hassle-free option.
The company launched Tubi Kids on Roku devices to start on Oct. 21 with a library of 1,200 titles of age-appropriate content in a special section in the Tubi app. With over 5,000 hours of content — kids now have access to hit movies like “How to Train Your Dragon” and series like “Sonic the Hedgehog,” “Strawberry Shortcake,” “Paddington Bear” and “The Wiggles.”
