Altice USA to Add Amazon Prime Video to Altice One Platform

Altice USA announced today that they will be bringing Amazon Prime Video onto their advanced video platform, Altice One.

The roll out for Amazon Prime Video will take place over the course of the coming months, making it easier for the 400,000 Altice One users to access Amazon Prime content through their native user interface. Viewers will be able to use voice control features, as the service joins previously integrated apps such as Netflix and YouTube.

Back in August, Altice USA also made free CuriosityStream content available for their Optimum and Suddenlink video and broadband customers. CuriousityStream exclusively showcases nonfiction documentaries and series about science, technology, history and nature. To access the new content, customers could simply visit CuriosityStream.com from their home WiFi connection and create an account.

CuriosityStream was also made available on the Altice One entertainment and connectivity platform, as the company planned to add the content on its On Demand platform and mobile apps.
