DAZN, the live sports streaming service, announced today a multi-year streaming deal with Viacom-owned MMA franchise Bellator.
This announcement follows last month’s $1B deal with Matchroom Boxing giving indication of the type of content DAZN will have when they launch in the U.S. later this summer.
The nine-figure global deal will bring 22 Bellator fights annually to DAZN in the U.S., Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Japan, Canada and Italy.
The first fight to be streamed will be the middleweight title fight between Gegard Mousasi and Rory MacDonald on Saturday, September 29th from the SAP Center in San Jose.
