It’s No Joke, The Twilight Zone is Back on April 1st only on CBS All Access

Just like Netflix and Hulu, CBS All Access has exclusive originals like Star Trek: Discovery and The Good Fight that you can watch only by subscribing to the service.

The original The Twilight Zone premiered on CBS in 1959, and starting Monday, April 1st it makes its return with a reboot — exclusively on CBS All Access. The new series is hosted and narrated by Jordan Peele, the director of horror-thrillers Get Out and Us.

The anthology series, which was brought back after the success of Netflix’s Black Mirror, will see each episode explore the human condition and holding a lens up to the culture of our times. The first two episodes will premiere Monday, April 1st — with new episodes premiering every Thursday, beginning April 11th.

The first two episodes Nightmare at 30,000 Feet and The Comedian, will feature Adam Scott, Kumail Nanjiani, and Tracy Morgan. Throughout the entire 10-episode first season, other big names are expected to appear like Seth Rogen, John Cho, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Greg Kinnear.

In Nightmare at 30,000 Feet, which is a reboot of an episode from the original series, follows a journalist (Adam Scott) who listens to a podcast detailing how the plane on which he’s a passenger will disappear.

The Comedian

In The Comedian, after taking advice from a famous comedian (Tracey Morgan), a stand-up comic (Kumail Nanjiani) makes fun of his own life - with unexpected results.

How to Stream ‘The Twilight Zone’ on CBS All Access

The first two of the ten-episode series are available to stream on CBS All Access on April 1st, with a new episode coming out each Thursday (starting April 11th). You can subscribe to CBS All Access for $5.99 a month, after trying it for FREE with a 7-Day Free Trial.
