Streaming services owned by Disney are seemingly distributed more widely than ever before. You can hardly turn a corner on the internet without being offered a Hulu or Disney+ subscription in some form or other, and people are probably pretty confused by all the different available methods for getting a Hulu account.

Directly
You can, of course, sign up for Hulu directly through the streamer’s website. In this way, you can access both of the streamer’s plans: its ad-supported tier for $12 per month, or the ad-free plan for $19. Customers can also sign up for Hulu with ads for $120 per year if they prefer, but the ad-free Hulu tier does not yet have an annual subscription option.
Through the Disney Bundle
The Disney Bundle is one of the most cost-effective ways to get Hulu if you cannot get it as a free benefit from another streamer. There are lots of different iterations of the Disney Bundle, but the cheapest is a combo of ad-supported Disney+ and Hulu costing $13 per month — $1 more than Hulu by itself.
Viewers can also bundle Hulu and Disney+ with the new ESPN direct-to-consumer service at different price points. ESPN Select — which has the content formerly found on ESPN+ — is available with Hulu and Disney+ starting at $20 per month, or viewers can get ESPN Unlimited with the two entertainment services for $30 per month. Viewers can also pay more to bundle ESPN with Disney+ and Hulu and cut out the ads on the latter two services.
Finally, Disney and Warner Bros. Discovery offer a bundle of Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max starting at $20 per month to watch with ads, or $33 per month to go ad-free.
Free from DIRECTV
There are a couple of different ways to get a Hulu with ads subscription free from DIRECTV. First, Disney+ and Hulu are both included as a free benefit of DIRECTV Signature channel plans if you elect to receive your package through a DIRECTV Gemini device. These plans start at $90 per month before taxes and fees.
DIRECTV’s MyEntertainment Genre Pack doesn’t include any major sports or news channels, but it also comes with a free Hulu account. MyEntertainment comes with 40+ total channels and costs $35 per month.
As a perk from T-Mobile
T-Mobile’s Experience More and Experience Beyond voice plans get Hulu for free as an added perk from the company, and users of the All-In 5G Home Internet package likewise get the streamer as an added perk. Shoppers can check out T-Mobile for great discounts on services that include Hulu as a bonus at essentially any time.
As a free add-on from Spectrum TV
Spectrum TV Select plans — which normally start at $100 per month — include Hulu as a no-cost added benefit. If Spectrum TV is available in your area, you can choose one of its Select plans and get Hulu, Disney+, and a wide range of on-demand streamers included in your subscription for free.
Included with Hulu + Live TV
Hulu + Live TV is essentially a bundle of the Hulu on-demand streaming service with a package of 90+ popular broadcast and cable networks, streamed through your home internet connection. It costs $89 per month, but for just $1 more, you can include both Disney+ and ESPN Unlimited, and you can also pay more to upgrade to ad-free streaming from your on-demand services.
At a discount from Verizon
Finally, Verizon MyPlan customers can sign up for a discounted version of the Disney Bundle with ads. Customers will get Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Select for $10 per month if they choose this perk when signing up for Verizon’s MyPlan.
