Fubo is a live TV streaming service with about 90 channels for $74.99/month. This plan includes local channels, 25 of the top 35 cable channels, and regional sports networks (RSNs). In total, you should expect to pay about $85.98/month, after adding in their RSN Fee. Fubo was previously known as “fuboTV.”
The streaming service does not carry channels from WarnerMedia-owned (CNN, TBS, and TNT), A+E (A&E, History Channel, and Lifetime), and AMC Networks (AMC, BBC America, and WE tv).
Fubo is a great option for sports fans, especially those who want to stream local sports. They recently announced added Bally Sports RSNs to their channel lineup.

Fubo has two plans — their Fubo Pro plan includes 90 channels for $85.98/month (including fees), and includes on their Cloud DVR, simultaneous streams (10 at-home), with add-ons for additional channels.
You can upgrade to their Fubo Elite plan ($95.98 / month) (including fees) which adds their Fubo Extra and News Extra packs, and access to 4K content.
They recently dropped their Starter Plan ($64.99 a month), which means the lowest-priced package for new users is $$85.98/month – which includes a 1,000 Hour DVR and 10 Simultaneous at-home streams.
We tested fuboTV and other live TV streaming services for more than 100 hours. fuboTV is compatible with Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Roku, Android TV, iPhone/iPad, Android Phone/Tablet, Mac, Windows, Xbox, LG Smart TV, Samsung Smart TV, Sony Smart TV, and VIZIO Smart TV.
1000 hours Cloud DVR
Fubo includes a cloud DVR with 1000 hours (no expiration). Those on their legacy fuboTV Standard Plan have 30 Hours of DVR storage included, while those on the legacy fuboTV Starter Plan have 250 Hours of DVR storage. They support series recordings, meaning the DVR will record all new episodes of a series automatically.
Even if you start recording something after it has started, Fubo will helpfully include the entire episode. Generally, recordings will not auto-extend if the show runs past the scheduled time.
You can skip commercials on recorded shows.
Up to 3 Devices
This service allows for three simultaneous streams (among TV devices, smartphones, tablets, and computers). Those on their legacy fuboTV Standard Plan have two simultaneous streams included.
Those on their Pro and Elite plans can use it on up to 10 devices at home at the same time.
They recently made a change that no longer allows streaming on your TV from different locations at the same time. You can still use your mobile device or tablet from anywhere, even if you’re streaming on your TV from another location.

4K Streaming Feature
Fubo includes 4K streaming if you pay for the Elite Plan. With the feature, you will be able to watch select events, including English Premier League, MLB on Fox, College Basketball, and College Football in 4K HDR.
4K is no longer available with the standard Pro subscription.
Fubo is the only Live TV Streaming Service to offer Picture-In-Picture, so you can watch four live streams at the same time.

The Fubo mobile apps have various tabs:

While you browse through the iOS app, a live PIP of your previous channel continues to play so you don’t miss anything. Unlike some of the other services, you always have to go back to the channel guide to switch channels, which makes it difficult to channel surf.
They recently updated their iOS and Android apps to match the new interface of their Apple TV and Roku apps.
The Apple TV, Roku, and Fire TV apps are well designed and include an easy way to browse live sporting events, on demand TV shows and movies, and a standard channel guide.
On Apple TV, Fubo has a feature called “Multi-View” which lets you watch four channels at the same time.

Fubo offers a base Fubo ($85.98) plan and multiple add-ons, including fubo Extra ($8).
fubo Extra add-on includes about 39 channels, but does not include any additional locals, top 35 cable channels, national sports channels, or RSNs. Some of the included channels include Baby TV, Cooking Channel, DIY, GSN, INSP, PeopleTV, Revolt, and Sony Movie Channel.
In most markets, Fubo offers ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, Telemundo, The CW, and Univision. If they don’t offer a local channel in your market, you will still have access to the channel’s on-demand content and in many cases a national feed of live primetime programming and sports.
Local Channel Restrictions
Your local channels won’t be available while traveling outside your home city. If Fubo is available in the market that you travel to, you will get those local affiliates instead. Your DVR will continue to record content in your home market while traveling.

Fubo offers 25 of the top 35 cable channels, after adding channels from Disney including ESPN, Disney Channel, and Freeform.

National Sports Channels
Fubo includes most national sports channels like ESPN, ESPN2, FS1, Fox Sports 2, and USA Network, but they don’t currently offer TBS and TNT.
Regional Sports Networks (RSNs)
Fubo gives access to regional sports networks (RSNs), which include those from Bally Sports, NBC Sports and many unavailable on other services.
Now that they carry Bally sports RSNs, they have RSNs in 98% of markets. fuboTV is least expensive option to get all RSNs in major markets like Boston: NBC Sports Boston and NESN, Chicago: Marquee Sports Network and NBC Sports Chicago, Pittsburgh: AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh, and Houston: AT&T SportsNet Southwest, Bally Sports Oklahoma, Bally Sports Southwest, Fox Sports Oklahoma, and Fox Sports Southwest.
RSNs in Other Markets
Fubo includes NFL Network. With the Sports Plus ($11) add-on you can get MLB Network, NBA TV, NFL RedZone, and NHL Network.
Fubo includes ACC Network, Big Ten Network, CBS Sports Network, and SEC Network. The service does not currently offer channels from other college conferences.
The Sports Plus ($11) add-on includes Pac-12 Network.
Other Sports Channels
Fubo includes beIN Sports, Next Level Sports, and Golf Channel, as well as a wide variety of smaller soccer channels. You’ll get matches on beIN Sports and Spanish-language programming on FOX Deportes and TUDN.
The International Sports Plus ($6) add-on includes Fox Soccer Plus (normally $15 on other services). The Sports Plus ($11) add-on includes Tennis Channel.
