‘Andor’ Season 1 episodes now available on Hulu and YouTube

To promote the upcoming launch of the show’s second season, Disney+ is spreading episodes from Season 1 around to different platforms.

Episodes of Andor Season 1 are coming to YouTube and Hulu

The release of “Andor” Season 2 has even the most jaded Star Wars fans excited. The show will be back with a new batch of episodes starting April 22, and Disney is increasing its marketing efforts for the series ahead of the release. As of Monday, March 10, episodes from the first season of “Andor” are available to stream on both of Disney’s streamers, and a selection of that season is also available to watch for free on YouTube.

Key Details:

  • The entire first season of “Andor” is now available on Hulu.
  • Episodes one through three of Season 1 are available to stream free on Disney+’s YouTube channel.
  • Disney used cross-platform promotion during the original run of the show’s first season as well.

All episodes of “Andor” Season 1 are now available to stream on Hulu as well as Disney+. It’s the first time that viewers have had access to all episodes of Season 1 outside of Disney+, and will serve as encouragement for Hulu-only subscribers to consider signing up for the Disney Bundle and unlocking Season 2 of “Andor” as well. The episodes will be live on Hulu until April 22.

Customers who still aren’t sure if the show is worth paying for a Disney+ subscription can also see the first three episodes of “Andor” Season 1 for free. The Disney+ YouTube Channel is now carrying these episodes, so on-the-fence audience members can stream them at no cost now and gauge their interest in continuing.

Disney has promoted “Andor” across various platforms before. In 2022, when the show’s first season was initially released, two episodes were shown on linear channels like ABC, FX, and Freeform, in addition to streaming on Hulu. That promotion was intended to help drive more viewers to the show’s Season 1 finale.

“Andor” Season 2 will cover the four years leading into the events of “Rogue One,” and will follow the continued efforts of the Rebellion to bring down the terrifying might of the Empire. Cassian Andor and his fellow Rebel agents will do whatever they can to bring down the Imperial war machine, whatever the personal cost may be.
