Riri Williams is headed back to Chicago. Fans will be able to see her newest adventures in “Ironheart,” the new Marvel Cinematic Universe series headed to Disney+ this summer. Even though the character debuted in 2022’s “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” many fans might not be as familiar with Riri Williams as some of her fellow MCU heroes. But have no fear, you will be able to learn all about her when the series premieres on Tuesday, June 24 at 9:01 p.m. ET on Disney+.

Everything you need to know about ‘Ironheart’

When does ‘Ironheart’ come out?

“Ironheart” premieres on Disney+ on Tuesday, June 24 at 9:01 p.m.. The first three episodes of the six-episode series will debut on that date, with the final three installments to come a week later on Thursday, July 1, also at 9:01 p.m. ET.

What is ‘Ironheart’ about?

“Ironheart” continues the story of Riri Williams, who was first introduced in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” Williams is an inspired inventor, and her prowess in turning hunks of scrap metal into powerful armored suits would make Tony Stark himself proud.

In “Ironheart,” Williams returns to Chicago, determined to make a name for herself in the world. But as she pursues her ambitions, she finds herself entwined with the charming and mysterious Parker Robbins, also known as “The Hood,” whose intentions are sometimes difficult to determine. The series will pit magic against technology, digging deeper into a side of the MCU that has seldom been seen before.
