Disney+ and Hulu are launching perks programs to reward customers.

Who doesn’t love free stuff? Disney knows full well that to keep the magic alive, sometimes you have to sprinkle in a few free extras. That’s why the company announced on Thursday that it was launching a new perks program for Disney+ and Hulu, offering rewards to subscribers just for being customers.

Key Details:

  • Magic carpet ride: Disney+ customers can win tickets to movie premieres, trips, and more with the rewards program.
  • Everyday discounts: Customers can also get discounts on Adidas, Funko, and other sites.
  • Hulu next: Hulu perks will begin dropping on June 2.

The new perks program is available to Disney+ and Disney Bundle subscribers, and there’s no cost to sign up. Customers can simply jump into their Disney+ accounts and view the rewards they’re eligible for, then pick and choose which rewards they want to add to their Disney+ experience.

There’s a host of great discounts, sweepstakes opportunities, and more to enjoy with Disney+ perks. Rewards available at the launch of the program include:

  • A chance to win tickets to the “Freakier Friday” World Premiere and be among the first to see the all-new sequel before it arrives in theaters Aug. 8
  • A chance to win a 4-night cruise on the Disney Destiny, the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, sailing from Ft. Lauderdale beginning Nov. 2025.
  • A 6-month free DashPass membership from DoorDash
  • 20% off on adidas.com and in the adidas app
  • 15% off purchases at Funko.com and Loungefly.com
  • A 3-month free trial of CLEAR+
  • A 2-month Super Duolingo free trial
  • Free in-game emoji from Disney Emoji Blitz
  • Early access to the closed release of Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs, a monthly Mystery Capsule + until June 26th to claim a $10 Dapper Credit
  • Special summer savings at Walt Disney World Resort! Stay two nights or longer at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels and get rates starting from $99 per night at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
  • Free MONOPOLY GO! and Star Wars™ TIE fighter in-game TOKEN

Disney+ isn’t the only streamer getting in on the rewards game. The program will also launch on Hulu on June 2, giving subscribers who have bundled both services together more bang for their perks buck. Perks that will be available with a Hulu subscription include:

  • Chances to win tickets to Lollapalooza, “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, and passes to Comic-Con in San Diego.
  • Sweepstakes to win items from and inspired by Hulu favorites like “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “A Complete Unknown,” and “Only Murders in the Building.”
  • Exclusive perks from partners like Microsoft, Pure Green, and LG Electronics

“Our fans are some of the most passionate in the world, and Perks are our way of thanking them for subscribing to Disney+,” EVP at Disney+ Samantha Rosenberg said. “Whether it’s access to in-demand experiences that only Disney can offer or everyday savings and special discounts from top brands, we’re building two complimentary programs that are all about celebrating our viewers.”

Just why is Disney+ rolling out new perks programs? That answer is relatively simple: engagement. There’s only so much any streaming service can do to keep viewers engaged while they wait for a new show or movie to come out. Perks could help Disney+ and Hulu keep customers subscribed for longer, and the longer they stay, the less likely they’ll be to cancel at any point in the future.

Disney+

Disney+ is a video streaming service with over 13,000 series and films from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, The Muppets, and more. It is available in 61 countries and 21 languages. It is notable for its popular original series like “The Mandalorian,” “Ms. Marvel,” “Loki,” “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” and “Andor.”

…

Disney+ has several plans with or without ads. Disney+ Basic with Ads costs $11.99 / month. If you don’t want ads, you can choose Disney+ Premium with No Ads, which costs $19.99 / month.

The Premium plan also offers an annual option for $189.99 / year ($15.83/mo.).

If you’d like to add Hulu, you can bundle the two services as well, but Disney+ is also continuing to integrate the two, which will soon be an all-in-one offering.

Sports fans can also bundle ESPN Select or ESPN Unlimited, with or without ads.

Disney+ most recently raised prices on September 23, 2026 — the fourth time in as many years.

The app supports unlimited downloads (on their Premium Plans), four simultaneous streamers, up to 7 profiles, 4K streaming, and includes hundreds of avatars.

The service includes 25+ original series, 10+ original movies, 7,500 past episodes, 100 recent movies, and 400 library titles, including the entire Disney Vault.
