The magic of Disney lives on Disney+. The streamer is home to decades’ worth of Disney’s animated classics featuring timeless characters, as well as movies and shows from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Star Wars galaxy, and much more content for the whole family. Like most modern streaming services, Disney+ has ads during playback with some plans. Is there any way to upgrade to ad-free, and how much does it cost? Which Disney+ plans have ads?

The ad-supported plan of Disney+ is simply called Disney+ With Ads. It’s the least expensive of all Disney+ options, costing $12 per month on its own, or $13 per month for customers who want to bundle ad-supported Hulu in with Disney+.

How much does it cost to upgrade to ad-free Disney+?

To get ad-free Disney+ Premium, which also includes Dolby Atmos Audio and 4K UHD streaming with select titles on supported devices, costs $19 per month or $190 per year. The plan also includes the ability to download titles for offline viewing.

How to upgrade to ad-free Disney+

The process to upgrade your ad-supported Disney+ to ad-free is pretty straightforward.

Can you get Disney+ in the Disney Bundle with no ads?

Absolutely. Viewers can bundle Disney+ with HBO Max, Hulu, or sports streamers ESPN Select and ESPN Unlimited, Ad-free Disney+ is available in several versions of the Disney Bundle, so check the table below to see how much each costs and what is included.

Can you cut out ads during live content on Disney+?

All Disney+ subscriptions include occasional live content, including sporting events from ESPN, concerts, and more. Unfortunately, this live content will come with ads no matter which Disney+ plan you’re subscribed to. Even ad-free Disney+ subscribers will see ads while watching live content.
