Will T-Mobile Fiber plans help you pay early termination fees?

Yes! T-Mobile will help you pay for your early termination fees from your former internet service provider. Once you’ve made the switch, you can make a claim to T-Mobile, which will send you a prepaid gift card reimbursing you for any early termination fees incurred up to $750.

How do you make a claim for early termination assistance from T-Mobile?

  1. Address your email to RCSolutions@T-MobileSupport.com
  2. Include your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and the street address associated with your T-Mobile Fiber account.
  3. Attach an image of your final bill from previous provider, including their name, account and address of service including account number, date of final bill, account cancelation date, early termination fee owed, and total balance owed.

Please note, either the name on the old bill, or the address on that bill must match the name or address on your new T-Mobile Fiber Home Internet plan. T-Mobile will also require 60 days of service before validation of your claim.

Are all T-Mobile Home Internet plans eligible for early termination fee reimbursement?

Yes, though not for the same amount of reimbursement. If you switch to a 5G Home Internet plan from T-Mobile instead of a Fiber Home Internet plan, you’re still eligible to be reimbursed for early termination fees of up to $500. That’ll still help make up for a huge portion of such fees, if not all of them.

Does T-Mobile charge early termination fees?

T-Mobile calls itself the Un-Carrier because it doesn’t require viewers to agree to long-term contracts in the first place. That means there are never early termination fees when you cancel a T-Mobile subscription, though there may be equipment fees applicable to your plan.
