There are no restrictions on the types of devices you can use to stream with on T-Mobile.

One of the coolest things about signing up for a T-Mobile plan — apart from reliable 5G coverage and great home internet options — is the fact that customers can choose T-Mobile phone and internet subscriptions that include streaming services at no extra cost.

But because many of these free streamers come with T-Mobile phone plans, you might be wondering if that means you can only watch them on a mobile device. Some streaming services out there do offer mobile-only viewing options, and we’ll clear up if any of these restrictions apply to T-Mobile’s free streamers here.

Do free streamers from T-Mobile have device restrictions?

T-Mobile comes with a formidable lineup of free streaming services to customers of select phone and home internet plans. With the T-Mobile On Us benefit, customers can get their very own ad-supported subscriptions of Netflix and Hulu, as well as Apple TV+, which always streams free of commercials.

Some streaming services like NFL+ restrict what viewers can watch on their smart TVs or other, bigger screens than their mobile devices offer. However, there’s no need to fear these types of restrictions with T-Mobile; you can watch all the included streaming services with a T-Mobile account on any device you want.

That’s especially useful for customers who take frequent advantage of their Apple TV+ and Hulu subscriptions. Both of these services offer the ability to stream in 4K on select titles, and using a 4K TV is the best way to stream these titles to get the absolute most out of the enhanced screen resolution.

Do all T-Mobile plans come with free streaming services?

No, the free streaming benefits attached to T-Mobile are only available with select mobile and home internet plans. Click here to learn more about which plans allow you to sign up for free streaming benefits that you can watch on any device.

T-Mobile’s streaming benefits not only allow you to watch services for free, but they also allow you to keep track of fewer bills each month. Perhaps best of all, there are no restrictions on where you can watch all the TV shows and movies found on free streamers that come with a T-Mobile account; watch on your TV or any other streaming-enabled device in your home!
