Fubo is consistently on the lookout for new programming options that will add to its customers’ user experiences without adding to their monthly subscription price. The live TV streaming service offers more than 90 top cable channels in its base Pro package, and starting this week subscribers will find a lineup of more than 15 new free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels available on the service from NBCUniversal.

Fubo is bringing on 18 total new FAST channels from NBCU. Each of these channels is available on every Fubo English-language channel package, including the Fubo Free plan that’s available to former subscribers of the service, but not to the general public.

The 18 channels now available on Fubo include English channels in multiple categories, as well as several Spanish-language networks. The channels are:

• Noticias Telemundo Ahora (All channel plans): 24/7 Spanish-language news channel, featuring breaking news, live reports from major cities, and interviews with today’s leading newsmakers.

• Telemundo al Dia (All channel plans): The most trusted news source for the Hispanic community in the U.S., offering the most important news and the latest in entertainment, realities, and sports.

• Telemundo Romance (All channel plans): Dive into heartwarming romantic comedies and emotionally charged dramatic sagas filled with love, passion, and revenge. Join the most beloved telenovela actors in a series cherished by the Spanish-speaking audience, featuring unforgettable characters from shows like “Aurora,” “Rosa Diamante,” “Pasión de Gavilanes,” and “Sangre de mi Tierra.”

The streaming service does not carry channels from WarnerMedia-owned (CNN, TBS, and TNT), A+E (A&E, History Channel, and Lifetime), and AMC Networks (AMC, BBC America, and WE tv). So, in our experience, if you are looking to watch the NBA, which heavily plays on TBS and TNT, you may want to look at another live TV streaming provider.

But for other sports fans, especially those who want to stream local sports, Fubo is a great option in our opinion. They recently announced adding Bally Sports RSNs to their channel lineup and it is the least expensive option to get RSNs in many markets like Altitude, AT&T Sports, Fox Sports, Marquee, MSG, NBC Sports, and NESN.
