How to add a profile on Hulu + Live TV

On the Hulu website

  • Log in to the streamer.
  • Hover your cursor over the profile icon.
  • Click Manage Profiles.
  • Choose Add Profile and begin setting up a new profile.

On the Hulu mobile app

  • Open the Hulu app.
  • Click the Account icon.
  • Tap New Profile.
  • Create your new profile.

On smart TVs

  • Open the Hulu app.
  • When the profile selection screen pops up, click New Profile.

How to set up kids profiles on Hulu + Live TV

It’s easy to set up a Kids Profile with Hulu + Live TV. Doing so will restrict that profile to content in the Kids hub on the streamer, giving parents peace of mind while their children watch unsupervised.

To create a Kids profile on Hulu + Live TV, simply go to the profile creation screen on the device of your choice. Under Kids, toggle the setting to on, and finish setting up a profile.

What parental controls do Hulu + Live TV profiles offer?

PIN protection on a Hulu + Live TV profile allows parents to toggle a setting that requires a four-digit PIN to switch to any non-Kids profile. To set up a PIN:

  • Go to the Hulu website.
  • Click the profile icon, then Manage Profiles.
