How to change the login information associated with your Disney+ account
Most of your Disney+ account settings — including your email and password — are tracked across all the Disney-owned subscription services you have, to make it easier for customers to log in across platforms. This is called your MyDisney account, and you can change the details associated with it from the Disney+ website. Keep in mind that if you do, though, you will change these settings for your other Disney-owned accounts, such as Hulu and ESPN.
To change the email address and password associated with your MyDisney account:
- Click here to log into the Disney+ website.
- Locate your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Account.
- Click Manage with MyDisney at the top of the screen, and edit your email or password.
- Verify your identity with a code sent to your current email.
- Change your email or password to the new option.
How to change plans with Disney+
Disney+ has a ton of plans and add-ons available, especially when you consider you can bundle the service with Hulu and ESPN Unlimited from the same website. To change your Disney+ plan:
- Re-enter the Disney+ Account menu using the instructions listed above.
- Scroll down to your plan, and click the arrow in the Subscriptions box to proceed.
- Click Change to see available plans.
- Click the box of the plan you want.
- Click Review changes at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm your choice.

How to change payment details on Disney+
To change your payment details on Disney+, log back into the streamer’s website on a browser and follow the instructions listed above to get into Accounts. Then:
- Scroll back down to subscriptions.
- Scroll to Backup Payment Method and click Change.
- Enter new payment method details.
- Choose whether to store this information for payment across other Disney services.
- Click Save.
