Everything you need to know about the 2025 MovieGuide Awards:
Why we recommend watching the 2025 MovieGuide Awards on Frndly TV
Six of the seven top live TV streaming services carry Great American Family, so you have options as to what platform you want to watch the ceremony on. However, there is none better than Frndly TV in our opinion. First off, Frndly comes with a seven-day free trial, meaning that you can not only catch the awards, but you also have a full week to check out everything else that the service has to offer.
On top of that, if GAF is a must-have channel for your entertainment needs, then there is no cheaper way to watch it. With subscriptions ranging from $8 to $12 per month, Frndly won’t have all of the major sports and news cable channels or any local broadcast networks, but it will have feel-good, family-appropriate channels like GAF, Hallmark, and more.
Frndly TV
Frndly TV is a budget-friendly live TV streaming service in the United States that focuses on family-friendly and lifestyle programming. Launched in 2019, the service offers a curated lineup of channels that includes Hallmark Channel, UPtv, Lifetime, MeTV, INSP, The Weather Channel, Game Show Network, and dozens more. It’s designed for viewers who want wholesome content without the’ high cost or complexity of larger streaming bundles.
Can you watch the 2025 MovieGuide Awards for free?
In addition to Frndly, there are four other streamers that will allow you to watch the 2025 MovieGuide Awards for free. If Frndly doesn’t offer you enough entertainment options, then Philo might be a good option. It also comes with a one-week free trial and only costs $28 monthly after that free period is over.
Additionally DIRECTV STREAM offers a five-day free trial, Hulu + Live TV offers three days, Fubo can offer anywhere from one to seven days, depending on a variety of factors.

What are all of the streamers you can use to watch the 2025 MovieGuide Awards?
In addition to all of the free streaming options available to watch the 2025 MovieGuide Awards, there are three other services that will allow you to check out the entirety of the ceremony. In terms of a traditional live TV streaming service, Sling TV is a really good option. While it doesn’t offer a free trial, Sling’s base packages start at $46 per month, but you can get 50% off for your first month. You will also have to add the streamer’s Entertainment add-on package to get Great American Family, but it is still much cheaper than any of the other cable-like streamers.
If you are looking to find a long-term streaming service and want to avoid the potential of having to pay more if price hikes strike, then DIRECTV via Internet is your best bet. Packages start as low as $70 per month and come with a two-year price guarantee. This, of course, locks you into a two-year contract, but with prices increasing fairly regularly, it is understandable why this would be an attractive offer to many people.
If you are not concerned with watching the awards live, then Great American Pure Flix is a solid option as well. It is the streaming arm of all things Great American Family, and costs only $10 per month. While it won’t be streaming the awards ceremony live, GAF has said that it will stream on-demand on the same day.
