Conditions around the Palisades and Eaton fires are improving in Los Angeles, which is helping life return to something resembling normal in Tinseltown. That includes the announcement of 2025’s Academy Awards nominees. The ceremony has been rescheduled twice but is now officially set for Thursday, Jan. 23 at 8:30 a.m. ET.
