What is ‘Backrooms’ about?
“Backrooms” centers on Clark, a failed architect who owns a struggling California furniture store. One night, Clark notices a glowing slit in the wall, and when he pushes through it, he finds himself in the Backrooms, an endless series of interconnected rooms where time follows different rules and getting lost could mean your life.
After informing his therapist, Mary, of its existence, Clark is sucked into the Backrooms. Skeptical of the reality of such a place, Mary decides to investigate once Clark goes missing — and finds more than she could have possibly imagined as she wanders deeper and deeper.
