Basically, she may technically be against the bears, but she also seems like someone who has a pretty valid point.
Finally, Josh Gad plays Alistair, the baby brother of the family. He swings from sweet and anxious to completely terrifying with very little warning. Push him too far, and the cuddly teddy bear version disappears fast. That sounds like a perfect Josh Gad role, honestly.
