About ‘Honest Renovations’ Season 3

Jessica Alba and Lizzy Mathis team up with families who already have a lot on their plates and need a hand transforming their homes. On each episode of “Honest Renovations,” the celebrities meet new families and learn about their homes and lifestyles. They open up about the changes they’d like to make and how their lives would be improved. While juggling work, parenting, and more, home renovations aren’t a top priority. However, they all agree that their current setups simply aren’t working for them, and they’re ready for a change. They just need a little bit of help to make it happen.

After getting to know a family and learning about their home, Alba and Mathis brainstorm fresh ideas to make their spaces both beautiful and functional. Then, they get to work. Once a renovation is complete, Alba and Mathis present the new-and-improved home to the family, often bringing them to tears. This season, a couple of families are facing health issues, keeping them from tackling the renovations themselves. Other homes are filled with multiple kids, bringing joy and laughter, as well as piles of toys and busy schedules.
