The North Crowley Panthers are used to playing on a big stage already this season. The team opened their 2024 campaign in the Jerry Jones Classic, which was played at The Star and saw the Panthers defeat the Lancaster Tigers by a score of 29-21. Led by quarterback Chris Jimerson Jr., the Panthers are out to prove that their Week 1 victory was no fluke.

But they’ll face a very stern test indeed in the DeSoto Eagles, who have won 23-straight games. They began their 2024 season with a face-melting 70-0 win against Creekside of Fairburn, Ga. Quarterback Kelden Ryan accounted for 231 yards of total offense and four touchdowns by himself in the victory, and the Eagles will look to get him going again against the Panthers.
