Rebecca Hall hears something no one else can in ‘The Listeners’

Rebecca Hall hears something no one else can in ‘The Listeners’

The five-part STARZ drama turns a mysterious hum into a full psychological nightmare.

With a background in film and branded content, he covers sports and entertainment with sharp insight and creativity. A longtime Oilers fan, he’s still holding out hope for a Stanley Cup run.

“The Listeners” is coming to STARZ on Friday, June 12, and this one sounds creepy (get it?). Rebecca Hall stars as Claire Kutty, a popular English teacher who suddenly starts hearing a low, constant hum that nobody else around her can hear. Which, first of all, really annoying. But then the hum starts causing migraines, nosebleeds, insomnia, and the kind of stress that slowly starts wrecking her life. The five-part series is based on Jordan Tannahill’s bestselling novel, and with Janicza Bravo directing, this sounds like way more than a simple mystery. Here’s how to watch “The Listeners” on STARZ.
