What is ‘This is Poly about?

“This is Poly” welcomes viewers into the lives of polycules, people who are in polyamorous relationships. The reality series follows five different polycules and dives into the intricacies of their relationships. Throughout the eight episodes, viewers will see the highs and lows that these families face. While there is a lot of love and joy in their lives, there is also ample opportunity for jealousy and trust issues.

While these families are all connected through polyamory, they are at different destinations on their own unique journeys. One family is planning to come out to their friends and family. A different group is much further along in their relationship. Their household includes one king, four queens, and 17 children in one household. Despite their differences, they all share a common goal of creating a loving family.
