About ‘TMZ Presents: The Menendez Brothers: The Prison Interview’
“TMZ Presents: The Menendez Brothers: The Prison Interview” will see Erik and Lyle make their case for freedom, in what could be their last opportunity to get out of prison. Convicted of their parents’ murder in 1996, the brothers have maintained ever since that the killings were in self-defense.
The interview will see the brothers describe what they’ll do if they are released from prison. TMZ will also talk to the brothers’ lawyer, the detective who helped to break the case open, an inmate they helped to free during their time in prison, and family members who have plenty to say about the prospect of their being freed.
