When does ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’ come out?
“Hurry Up Tomorrow” is scheduled to be released on May 16, 2025.
What is ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’ about?
“Hurry Up Tomorrow” is a thriller that follows a star musician plagued by insomnia. One day he meets a mysterious stranger who pulls him into a journey willed with unimaginable twists and turns, and begins to unravel the very core of his existence.
The plot of the film is based on the album of the same name by The Weeknd.
Who stars in ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’?
“Hurry Up Tomorrow” stars The Weeknd (also known as Abel Tesfaye) in the lead role. Jenna Ortega plays Anima, and Barry Keoghan rounds out the top three as Lee. The rest of the film’s cast is littered with character names like “concert fan” and “tiki bar regular,” so the movie might focus strongly on its three lead characters.
What will ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’ be rated?
The movie doesn’t have an official rating yet, but considering the content and language seen in the trailer, it’s nearly guaranteed that “Hurry Up Tomorrow” will be rated R. Plan your family trip to the movies accordingly!
Where will ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’ stream?
“Hurry Up Tomorrow” is being distributed by Lionsgate, so it’s easy to say where the movie will stream once it’s no longer a theatrical exclusive. Lionsgate is in the process of separating from the cable channel/streaming service STARZ, but a new distribution deal between the two means that Lionsgate films will still premiere on STARZ first.
How long that will take is an open question. Formerly, Lionsgate movies weren’t released by STARZ until 120 to 150 days after their theatrical release. But the new Pay-1 deal between the two specifically calls for shorter release windows, so for now it’s not as easy to predict when “Hurry Up Tomorrow” will arrive on STARZ.
STARZ
STARZ offers a subscription video streaming service that gives access to content on the STARZ channel without the need of a cable subscription. With your subscription, you’ll get access to 7,500+ films and episodes, including all of their current originals like “Outlander,” The Serpent Queen,” “BMF,” and “Power.”
