About A Royal Affair

In 18th-century Denmark, the young and intelligent Queen Caroline Mathilde finds herself trapped in a loveless marriage with the mentally unstable King Christian VII. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets Johann Friedrich Struensee, the King's charismatic physician. United by their shared passion for Enlightenment ideals and a growing mutual attraction, Caroline and Struensee embark on a secret affair. They use their influence over the King to implement progressive reforms that aim to modernize Denmark and uplift its people. How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?

- Bypass Geo-Restrictions: Many streaming services are geographically restricted. If you’re traveling outside the U.S., a VPN can make it appear as if you’re still in the country, giving you access to your subscriptions.
