About All About Eve

Eve Harrington, a seemingly innocent and starstruck young woman, worms her way into the life of Broadway legend Margo Channing. Initially appearing as a devoted admirer, Eve cunningly manipulates those around her, including Margo's friends and lover, director Bill Sampson, to advance her own career. She insinuates herself into Margo's inner circle, ultimately aiming to usurp her position and steal her spotlight. Playwright Lloyd Richards and his wife Karen find themselves caught in Eve's web of deceit as she expertly exploits their vulnerabilities. Only Addison DeWitt, a cynical and influential theater critic, recognizes Eve's calculated ambition and applauds her audacity, understanding the depth of her manipulation while others remain blinded by her carefully crafted facade. Eve's ascent is a masterclass in deception, a testament to her ruthless ambition and willingness to do whatever it takes to reach the top.
