NR 2009 Drama · 1h 38m

Three teenagers are confined to an isolated country estate that could very well be on another planet. The trio spend their days listening to endless homemade tapes that teach them a whole new vocabulary. Any word that comes from beyond their family abode is instantly assigned a new meaning. Hence 'the sea' refers to a large armchair and 'zombies' are little yellow flowers. Having invented a brother whom they claim to have ostracized for his disobedience, the uber-controlling parents terrorize their offspring into submission.

About Dogtooth

Confined within the walls of their secluded family estate, three grown children live a life dictated by their parents' bizarre rules. Completely isolated from the outside world, they exist in a fabricated reality where everyday words hold twisted meanings. The 'sea' is a piece of furniture, and 'zombies' are harmless flowers. To maintain absolute control, the parents instill fear in their offspring, fabricating tales of a disobedient sibling banished for straying from their teachings. This distorted existence blurs the line between childhood innocence and disturbing indoctrination, making Dogtooth a truly unsettling and thought-provoking film.

How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?

- Bypass Geo-Restrictions: Many streaming services are geographically restricted. If you’re traveling outside the U.S., a VPN can make it appear as if you’re still in the country, giving you access to your subscriptions.
- Avoid ISP Throttling: Your internet provider might slow down your connection during high-bandwidth activities like streaming. A VPN encrypts your activity, preventing your ISP from throttling your speeds and ensuring a smooth, buffer-free experience.
- Increase Privacy: A VPN protects your data on non-secure public Wi-Fi networks by creating an encrypted tunnel, safeguarding your personal information while you stream.

How to get started with ExpressVPN:

- Sign Up: Purchase an ExpressVPN subscription.
