About Elvis & Nixon

Imagine a world where the King of Rock and Roll requests a meeting with the President of the United States. That's precisely what happened in December 1970. Elvis Presley, driven by a desire to serve his country and combat the rising tide of drug culture, arrived at the White House seeking an audience with Richard Nixon. His unconventional request: to be appointed a federal agent in the war on drugs. This film chronicles the events leading up to, and including, the bizarre and often hilarious encounter between two of the most influential figures of the 20th century. It's a story of ambition, patriotism, and the collision of two very different worlds.
