Mothra and her fairies return to Japan bearing a grave warning: humanity must return Kiryu, the cyborg Godzilla, to the sea. Disturbing the dead, they claim, has awakened Godzilla's wrath. Ignoring the warning, Japan prepares for another devastating attack. Godzilla emerges, laying waste to Tokyo, while Kiryu stands as humanity's last hope. This sets the stage for an epic clash, a desperate battle for survival where the fate of Tokyo, and perhaps the world, hangs in the balance.
