About How to Train Your Dragon

In the Viking village of Berk, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, voiced by Jay Baruchel, a somewhat clumsy and non-conformist son of the Viking chief Stoick the Vast, faces a daunting trial: he must slay a dragon to prove his worth as a warrior. However, when Hiccup manages to wound a Night Fury, a notoriously dangerous and elusive dragon, he finds himself unable to kill it. Instead, he frees the dragon, and through subsequent encounters, he begins to understand and befriend the creature, whom he names Toothless. This burgeoning friendship challenges the deeply ingrained beliefs of his tribe and puts him at odds with his father, forcing Hiccup to navigate the conflict between tradition and his newfound understanding of the dragons.
