About Lions for Lambs

Lions for Lambs presents three simultaneous narratives, each unfolding in real time. Senator Jasper Irving grants an exclusive interview to journalist Janine Roth, unveiling a controversial new military strategy for Afghanistan. Simultaneously, two soldiers, Arian Sherazi and Ernest Rodriguez, find themselves trapped in a perilous ambush on an Afghani mountainside. Back in the United States, Professor Stephen Malley attempts to reignite the ambition of a promising but disillusioned student, Todd Hayes, urging him to take control of his future. These seemingly disparate stories converge to form a powerful commentary on American society, the cost of war, and the importance of individual action.
