About Mona Lisa Smile

In 1953, Katherine Watson, a recent UCLA graduate, accepts a position teaching art history at Wellesley College, a prestigious all-female institution. However, she quickly realizes that her students are more focused on securing advantageous marriages than pursuing intellectual passions. Determined to challenge the status quo, Katherine inspires her students, including the initially resistant Betty Warren and the more open-minded Joan Brandwyn, to question the limited roles society has prescribed for them. She encourages them to think critically about art, life, and their own potential, leading them on a journey of self-discovery and challenging the conventions of the era.

How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?
