About Mystery Men

When Champion City's celebrated hero, Captain Amazing, is captured by the recently freed supervillain Casanova Frankenstein, the city's safety falls to a ragtag group of amateur superheroes. Mr. Furious, fueled by uncontrollable rage; the Shoveler, armed with his trusty shovel; and the Blue Raja, a master of cutlery (or so he thinks), must band together and recruit new members to form a super team capable of rescuing Captain Amazing and saving the city from Casanova Frankenstein's nefarious plot. This unlikely alliance faces a series of hilarious challenges as they learn to work together, embrace their unique abilities, and ultimately discover what it truly means to be a hero.

Cast and Characters

Directed by Kinka Usher, Mystery Men boasts an ensemble cast of comedic talent. Ben Stiller shines as Mr. Furious, a hero powered by his incandescent anger. William H. Macy portrays the Shoveler, a suburban dad whose weapon of choice is, predictably, a shovel. Hank Azaria is brilliant as the Blue Raja, a fork-flinging hero with a penchant for misattributing his parents' cutlery. Greg Kinnear plays Captain Amazing, the city's preening and corporate-sponsored superhero. Kel Mitchell delivers a memorable performance as Invisible Boy, who is only visible when no one is looking. And Paul Reubens is unforgettable as the Spleen, whose superpower is, well, releasing powerful blasts of intestinal gas.

How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?

- Bypass Geo-Restrictions: Many streaming services are geographically restricted. If you’re traveling outside the U.S., a VPN can make it appear as if you’re still in the country, giving you access to your subscriptions.
- Avoid ISP Throttling: Your internet provider might slow down your connection during high-bandwidth activities like streaming. A VPN encrypts your activity, preventing your ISP from throttling your speeds and ensuring a smooth, buffer-free experience.
- Increase Privacy: A VPN protects your data on non-secure public Wi-Fi networks by creating an encrypted tunnel, safeguarding your personal information while you stream.

How to get started with ExpressVPN:

- Sign Up: Purchase an ExpressVPN subscription.
- Download: Install the ExpressVPN app on your device.
- Connect: Open the app and connect to a server in the U.S.
