About Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol

A fresh wave of eager recruits descends upon Police Academy, but this time, they're not aspiring officers. They're civilian volunteers, the heart of Commandant Lassard's innovative Citizens on Patrol program. This community outreach initiative enjoys strong backing from the government, but it faces a formidable adversary in Captain Harris. Disgusted by the idea of civilians meddling in police work, Harris sets out to undermine the program at every turn, determined to prove its inherent flaws and incompetence. Chaos and comedy ensue as the new recruits, led by the familiar faces from the academy, try to navigate the world of law enforcement while battling Harris's sabotage.
