About Return to Oz

After a disturbing encounter with psychiatric practices, Dorothy, aided by a mysterious companion, once again finds herself in Oz. But this is not the Oz she remembers. A desolate landscape ruled by the malevolent Nome King. Alongside a quirky cast of new friends, including Billina the talking hen, Tik-Tok the mechanical man, and Jack Pumpkinhead, Dorothy embarks on a perilous quest to restore Oz to its former glory and overthrow the tyrannical regime, facing dangers and discovering inner strength along the way.

Cast and Characters

Directed by Walter Murch, Return to Oz features Fairuza Balk as Dorothy Gale, portraying a more mature and resilient version of the iconic character. Nicol Williamson embodies the dual roles of Dr. Worley, the sinister head of the asylum, and the menacing Nome King, ruler of the underground kingdom. Jean Marsh delivers a chilling performance as Nurse Wilson, transforming into the wicked Princess Mombi, known for her collection of interchangeable heads. Piper Laurie plays Aunt Em, representing Dorothy's concerned but ultimately powerless guardian. Matt Clark appears as Uncle Henry, struggling to understand Dorothy's fantastical stories. Sean Barrett provides the voice of Tik-Tok, the loyal mechanical man who becomes one of Dorothy's most steadfast companions.

How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?

- Bypass Geo-Restrictions: Many streaming services are geographically restricted. If you’re traveling outside the U.S., a VPN can make it appear as if you’re still in the country, giving you access to your subscriptions.
- Avoid ISP Throttling: Your internet provider might slow down your connection during high-bandwidth activities like streaming. A VPN encrypts your activity, preventing your ISP from throttling your speeds and ensuring a smooth, buffer-free experience.
- Increase Privacy: A VPN protects your data on non-secure public Wi-Fi networks by creating an encrypted tunnel, safeguarding your personal information while you stream.

How to get started with ExpressVPN:

- Sign Up: Purchase an ExpressVPN subscription.
- Download: Install the ExpressVPN app on your device.
- Connect: Open the app and connect to a server in the U.S.
- Stream: Log in to your streaming service and enjoy watching your favorite shows securely!
