About The Gates

A simple journey across the country takes a dark turn for three close companions when they accidentally witness a brutal crime within a secluded luxury neighborhood. The trio finds themselves trapped behind reinforced walls, hunted by a population of residents who view them as the villains rather than the witnesses. As they struggle to find an exit, the internal dynamics of their friendship begin to crumble under the weight of fear and paranoia. Silas, a magnetic but terrifying leader, orchestrates a systematic hunt to ensure the truth never leaves the perimeter. This high stakes survival story explores how quickly a bond can break when the predator is not just an individual but an entire community. The film captures the terrifying reality of being an outsider in a place designed to keep the world out, turning a dream of safety into a structured hell for the protagonists.

How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?

- Bypass Geo-Restrictions: Many streaming services are geographically restricted. If you’re traveling outside the U.S., a VPN can make it appear as if you’re still in the country, giving you access to your subscriptions.
- Avoid ISP Throttling: Your internet provider might slow down your connection during high-bandwidth activities like streaming. A VPN encrypts your activity, preventing your ISP from throttling your speeds and ensuring a smooth, buffer-free experience.
- Increase Privacy: A VPN protects your data on non-secure public Wi-Fi networks by creating an encrypted tunnel, safeguarding your personal information while you stream.

How to get started with ExpressVPN:
