Mrs. Albright plays a pivotal role in the community's operations. - Tom Felton takes on the role of Marcus Thorne, a charismatic but unsettling resident who frequently crosses paths with Sarah. Marcus adds a layer of unpredictable menace. - Heather Graham appears as Eleanor Vance, a former resident who may hold vital clues to the building's disappearances, appearing in haunting flashbacks. - Myhala Herrold plays Chloe, Sarah's skeptical friend who tries to warn her about the building's sinister reputation. Chloe offers an external perspective on the unfolding events. - Darron Meyer portrays Detective Miller, a seasoned police officer vaguely aware of the high-rise's troubled history, whose investigations provide a faint glimmer of hope or perhaps further despair.
