Disney creates new online guide for exploring Disney+

Disney creates new online guide for exploring Disney+

The company has launched a new site dedicated to letting viewers know what’s coming to the streamer soon, and more.

Known for breaking major streaming stories, he’s covered everything from Netflix policy shifts to Peacock’s ad-tier changes. A sci-fi fan and Toshiba Fire TV user, he brings sharp analysis and a love for the genre to his reporting.
Explore Disney+ allows viewers to get details about new shows and movies on the streamer in one place.

There’s a huge amount of content on Disney+, and the inventory is only growing. The streaming service is planning to fully integrate Hulu at some point in 2026, and viewers can likely expect further sports content from ESPN in the future as well. With all of that streaming content in one place, viewers can be forgiven for getting a little lost when moving around Disney+. That’s why Disney has announced the launch of a new page dedicated to connecting viewers with content on the service.

Key Details:

  • Come one, come all: The Explore Disney+ page is there to help both subscribers and non-customers.
  • What’s coming and what’s here: Viewers can see themed lists of titles they can watch now, preview what’s coming to the streamer, and more.
  • Needed update: With more Hulu content coming to Disney+, this exploration page is a definite need.

On Tuesday, Disney announced the launch of Explore Disney+, a new page dedicated to helping all viewers learn more about the streamer and its titles. Subscribers can, of course, use Explore Disney+, but the site is also available to non-subscribers who are curious about what they could watch if they had a subscription.

Once you begin taking a look around Explore Disney+, the page offers sections like Coming Soon, with previews of upcoming shows that include trailers, cast details, and premiere dates; as well as Now Streaming, where viewers can learn more about titles that premiered recently on Disney+.

Viewers can also find curated content lists and watch guides that connect them with TV shows and movies built around specific themes. Audiences can browse lists like “9 Mouthwatering Cooking Shows to Stream” or “The 11 Best Movies and Shows for Families with Kids” to get a great idea of what to stream next on Disney+.

“Explore Disney+ is built to help everyone — whether you’re already subscribed or discovering what’s available — get the most out of the platform with curated watch guides, exclusive interviews, and highlights across genres, worlds, sports, and live events,” Disney EVP Samantha G. Rosenberg said. “We’re excited to launch this new site so you can be among the first to dive in and explore everything Disney+ has to offer.”

Viewers will also want to keep an eye on Explore Disney+ for official announcements from the streamer, from scoops about new Marvel movies to details on where to find the Marvel Super Hero Scoops ice cream truck across New York City. Audiences can check out the Explore Disney+ website now, and will definitely be glad to have it when the full integration of Hulu with Disney+ occurs next year.

Disney+ has several plans with or without ads. Disney+ Basic with Ads costs $11.99 / month. If you don’t want ads, you can choose Disney+ Premium with No Ads, which costs $19.99 / month.

The Premium plan also offers an annual option for $189.99 / year ($15.83/mo.).

If you’d like to add Hulu, you can bundle the two services as well, but Disney+ is also continuing to integrate the two, which will soon be an all-in-one offering.

Sports fans can also bundle ESPN Select or ESPN Unlimited, with or without ads.

Disney+ most recently raised prices on September 23, 2026 — the fourth time in as many years.

The app supports unlimited downloads (on their Premium Plans), four simultaneous streamers, up to 7 profiles, 4K streaming, and includes hundreds of avatars.

The service includes 25+ original series, 10+ original movies, 7,500 past episodes, 100 recent movies, and 400 library titles, including the entire Disney Vault.
