  • Hulu’s series “The Bear” and “Only Murders in the Building” got five nominations each, while HBO’s “Succession” had nine.
  • Check out a list of Best Picture and Best Television Series nominees and where you can stream them below!

Who Were the Leaders in Golden Globe Nominations?

Each category has six nominees instead of five for the first time in 2024, so there’s more Golden Globe excellence to stream this year than ever before. HBO’s final season of “Succession” grabbed nine nominations, the most of any series. Other nominees in the Best Television Series- Drama category include “1923,” “The Crown,” “The Diplomat,” “The Last of Us” and “The Morning Show.”

Barbie,” which will stream on Max staring Dec. 15, was the most-nominated movie of them all this year, grabbing 10 total nominations. In an update that’s sure to inspire a fresh wave of Barbenheimer memes, Christopher Nolan’s biopic “Oppenheimer” was second with eight Golden Globes nods. “Oppenheimer” will stream on Peacock, but its arrival date on that service has not been set. As “Barbie” was nominated for Best Picture in the comedy category, while “Oppenheimer” was nominated for Best Picture - Drama, the two movies will not be in direct competition for a Best Picture award.

Hulu got in on the game in a big way this year, scoring five nominations each for its original comedies “The Bear” and “Only Murders in the Building.” Check out where you can stream all the Best Picture or Best Television Series nominees below!
