Shudder Teases ‘Halfway to Halloween’ Lineup Including ‘Late Night With the Devil,’ More Originals
Throughout the month of April, AMC+ and Shudder will debut terrifying new shows and movies to celebrate being halfway to Spooky Season!
There’s no need to wait until October to get your fill of fright nights! That’s because AMC+ and Shudder are gearing up to debut a huge lineup of new shows and movies for its annual “Halfway to Halloween” event, which celebrates the midway point between last year’s Spooky Season and this year’s. The 2024 edition of “Halfway to Halloween” will feature some startlingly good premieres, including the hotly anticipated “Late Night With the Devil,” a new season of “The Last Drive-in with Joe Bob Briggs” and much more.
- New horror premieres on AMC+ and Shudder begin on April 1 and continue all month long.
- Live viewing parties of “The Last Drive-in” will take place twice during the month.
- A wide range of selections is coming to the live TV channel Shudder TV alongside on-demand releases.
The rollout of Shudder’s 2024 “Halfway to Halloween” lineup begins this weekend, with the new exclusive film “Baghead” on Friday, April 5. New debuts will continue all April for the streamer, and horror fans can find Shudder content through that service or via AMC+, which compiles content from several AMC-owned platforms.
Fans should also be on the lookout for new episodes of “The Last Drive-in with Joe Bob Briggs.” New episodes will roll out once every two weeks from the show’s sixth season, and Shudder TV and AMC+ TV will host live watch parties of “The Last Drive In” on April 12 and April 16.

It only takes a moment for it to escape and reproduce, turning the whole place into a dreadful webbed trap.
