Mike is a successful site builder and runs The Streamable’s day-to-day operations as General Manager.
Experience:
Splitting his time between content strategy, marketing, team management, commercial development, and user experience, you may find an article or two each month from him as he digs into some topics. With a history in scaling technologies and communities, Mike comes from serving as VP of Growth for VTEX (where he helped take the company public) and Global Director at Lonely Planet (where he led digital strategy and global partnerships). Mike’s first success was SkinCareRx, a site that covered beauty tips and skincare products – reaching the Inc 500 list and the Internet Retailer 500 list before selling to private equity in 2012. Education:
Mike holds a masters of business administration (MBA) from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelors in marketing from the University of Utah. He’s specialized in SEO, content strategy, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
