Pluto's channel guide does allow you to favorite channels, but it lacks some other customization options.

There are both benefits and drawbacks to free streaming services like Pluto TV. While you do have to put up with ads on Pluto, you also get a huge number of live channels and thousands of on-demand titles for free, and you don’t even have to have an account to start watching.

Can you favorite a channel on Pluto TV?

Yes, you can. Once you are in the Pluto TV live guide, clicking on a channel logo will take you to its detail page. From here, you can add it to your favorites list, and favorited channels will appear at the very top of the guide when you return to the service. You will need to create a free Pluto account to see these favorites saved, however.
