A new Pokemon FAST channel is now available on Pluto, the first of its kind.

Pluto TV is one of the best-known and most-used free streaming platforms on the market already, and there’s a good chance that families with kids are about to start using the service even more. That’s because on Tuesday, Pluto announced it was launching the first-ever free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channel dedicated exclusively to the Pokémon franchise.

Key Details:

  • Pluto’s new Pokémon channel is the first to ever be solely dedicated to that intellectual property.
  • The channel will offer episodes from 22 different seasons of the Pokémon anime.

The Pokémon channel on Pluto TV will offer a curated list of episodes spanning 22 different seasons the beloved anime series. Selections include episodes from Pokemon: Indigo League, “Pokémon: Adventures in the Orange Islands”, “Pokémon: The Johto Journeys,” “Pokémon: Johto League Champions,” “Pokémon: Master Quest” and more.

In addition, Pluto TV will add two other kids-first channels; the “Strawberry Shortcake and Friends” channel will feature episodes of “Strawberry Shortcake,” “Rainbow Ruby,” “Madeline,” and other titles.

The “Go Go Gadget!” channel will provide viewers with episodes of “Inspector Gadget,” “Sonic the Hedgehog,” “Super Mario Bros.” and more. Each of the three channels will help significantly boost the amount of kids’ content on Pluto TV, which already features a wide range of family-friendly options.

Viewers don’t even need an account to start watching; simply head to the Pluto website and start streaming the new Pokémon channel and more!

Pluto TV

Pluto TV is a free live TV streaming service that provides more than 350 channels of live TV and thousands of on demand movies and TV shows.

Most of what you’ll find on Pluto TV qualifies as “background television.” It’s fine to keep on while you’re scrolling on your phone or cooking something in the kitchen.

Because these aren’t traditional live TV channels, it’s not a great option for live events, news, or sports, but it’s a solid choice for cord cutters who want to supplement their other services with some “comfort food” TV. You’ll find channels dedicated to “Star Trek,” “CSI,” “Jersey Shore,” “Survivor,” and “The Amazing Race.”
