How to remove shows and movies from Keep Watching on Philo

How to remove shows and movies from Keep Watching on Philo

Philo has a streamlined process for removing shows and movies from its Keep Watching list.

Known for breaking major streaming stories, he’s covered everything from Netflix policy shifts to Peacock’s ad-tier changes. A sci-fi fan and Toshiba Fire TV user, he brings sharp analysis and a love for the genre to his reporting.

Philo has a very interesting mix of on-demand content available. The streamer carries a wide variety of shows and movies, and since it added AMC+ titles in 2024, the amount of content viewers can watch whenever they like has grown much larger. Now, viewers can stream “The Walking Dead” franchise, “Interview with the Vampire,” and much more with a Philo subscription, in addition to live channels.

With all that content available, viewers might be wondering how easy it is to remove a show or movie from the Philo Keep Watching row. It’s very easy to do, but we’ll show you the exact method for doing so below!

What you need to know about clearing the Continue Watching row on Philo

How to remove titles from Keep Watching on Philo

The process for removing a title from Keep Watching on Philo is both simple and effective. All you’ll have to do is sign into your Philo account, then scroll down until you see the Keep Watching row. You won’t have to go far; its right under the Recommended row on the streamer’s home page.

Once you’ve located the title you want to remove from Keep Watching on Philo, all you’ll have to do is click the show or movie tile. A details page will pop up, and you’ll see a Remove from List button available.

Just click Remove from List, and you’ll no longer see that show or movie within the Keep Watching section on your Philo interface. Philo found this process so easy to follow that it kept it standardized across devices; this means that whether you’re watching Philo on your smart TV, on the web, or with the mobile app, the process for removing a title from Keep Watching is exactly the same.

Can you remove shows or movies you don’t want to watch from Philo’s home page?

Some live TV streaming services and on-demand streamers will let you signal that you don’t have interest in a particular show or movie recommended on your home page, so that you will no longer see that option on the screen in the future. Unfortunately, Philo does not include this option.

Philo

Philo is a live TV streaming service designed for entertainment lovers, offering flexible ways to watch without the high price of traditional TV bundles. The service now features two paid plans — Essential and Bundle+ — alongside its existing free streaming offering, giving customers a range of options depending on how much live and premium content they want.

…

The Essential plan costs $25 per month and includes 70+ live TV channels focused on entertainment and lifestyle programming, such as AMC, HGTV, Hallmark Channel, Nickelodeon, and Food Network. Subscribers also get access to 120+ free streaming channels, more than 80,000 movies and shows on demand, and unlimited DVR with one-year storage. Essential also includes a 7-day free trial for new customers.

For viewers who want more premium content, Philo offers the Bundle+ plan for $33 per month (formerly the Philo Core plan). Bundle+ includes everything in Essential, plus ad-supported AMC+ and access to the HBO Max (Basic with Ads) app. Users can also access discovery+ content directly within the Philo app. While Bundle+ adds a full premium streaming bundle for just $8 more per month, it does not include a free trial.

The service is available on most major devices, including Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, smart TVs, mobile devices, and web browsers. In addition to its paid plans, Philo also offers a free ad-supported streaming experience, allowing users to explore content before deciding whether to upgrade to a live TV subscription.

While it doesn’t include local broadcast stations or sports networks like ESPN, FS1 or NBC Sports Network, Philo remains one of the most affordable live TV streaming options for entertainment-focused viewers. With a simple lineup, generous DVR storage, and a clear path from free streaming to live TV and premium bundles, Philo is an appealing choice for cord-cutters who want to keep costs down while still enjoying a wide range of popular programming.
