About Corner Gas

Welcome to Dog River, Saskatchewan, population negligible and comedy central. Corner Gas chronicles the wonderfully uneventful existence of Brent LeRoy, the wry owner of the town's only gas station, which becomes the unlikely epicenter of Prairie life. Expect a daily dose of witty banter, outlandish situations, and a healthy serving of small-town charm as Brent and his eclectic group of friends and family navigate the ups and downs of rural living. It is a show about nothing, that somehow manages to be about everything.

Cast and Characters

Corner Gas is the brainchild of Brent Butt, who not only created the show but also stars as Brent LeRoy, the sarcastic yet lovable gas station owner. The cast is rounded out by Gabrielle Miller as Lacey Burrows, the ambitious caf owner; Fred Ewanuick as Hank Yarbo, Brent's dim-witted but well-meaning best friend; Eric Peterson as Oscar Leroy, Brent's grumpy and opinionated father; Janet Wright as Emma Leroy, Brent's strong-willed and ever-practical mother; and Tara Spencer-Nairn as Karen Pelly, the eager and often overly enthusiastic town police officer.

How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?

- Bypass Geo-Restrictions: Many streaming services are geographically restricted. If you’re traveling outside the U.S., a VPN can make it appear as if you’re still in the country, giving you access to your subscriptions.
- Avoid ISP Throttling: Your internet provider might slow down your connection during high-bandwidth activities like streaming. A VPN encrypts your activity, preventing your ISP from throttling your speeds and ensuring a smooth, buffer-free experience.
- Increase Privacy: A VPN protects your data on non-secure public Wi-Fi networks by creating an encrypted tunnel, safeguarding your personal information while you stream.

How to get started with ExpressVPN:

- Sign Up: Purchase an ExpressVPN subscription.
- Download: Install the ExpressVPN app on your device.
- Connect: Open the app and connect to a server in the U.S.
- Stream: Log in to your streaming service and enjoy watching your favorite shows securely!
